How long does the booking process take?
To make a reservation on Durmwell.com it’s easy. Simply chose your location – Date and number of people. The rest is straight forward.

What do I do if I receive a tax statement?
Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?
To book your serviced apartment, you can chose only one credit card.
How do I edit or remove a payment method?
We are not storing any payment details. Credit card numbers are only used to process your reservation.
Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?
If you want to make any change to your reservation, you can contact the property directly.
How do I cancel a reservation request?
From your Dashboard, select “My Bookings” and Cancel the reservation.
NOTE: Check the property cancellation policy.
How do I check the status of my reservation?
You can check the status of your reservation via the Dashboard. Simply login to your profile.
How do I find my reservation?
You can find your reservation confirmation on your Dashboard. Login and find your booking under “My Bookings”. A booking confirmation Email is also sent to you at the moment of the booking.
When am I charged for a reservation?
If you chose to Book Now, you are paying for your reservation immediately.
However, some properties require you to submit an inquiry. Once the inquiry is confirmed you will receive a payment link.

You will get a full refund.

What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?
Get in touch with the property via the message box. Alternatively, feel free to get in touch with us directly. Our Team will be happy to Help.
Should I book if I have not heard back from the property?
Sometimes it takes time for the property to reply. However, feel free to book your stay at the best price.
How do I share trip details with others?
Simply forward your Email confirmation or reference number.
