About this property

The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Subsequently the property will email your reservation confirmation featuring all useful information for your stay, including full address of the property and where to collect the keys to your apartment.

Guests must be aged 25 or over and are required to provide a copy of their photo identification and payment card upon check-in, otherwise you may be refused entry.

Luggage storage facility is not available before check-in and after check-out.

Children can be accommodated but the maximum number of guests allowed should not be exceeded (not counting children between 0-3 years).

Please note the Guest Assistance Team is currently available Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 15:00.

The building is located only 5-minutes away from the main site in Shelton Street. Full instructions on how to reach the property will be provided by the property prior to arrival.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size.

A damage deposit of GBP 997 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
